Upcoming Workshops

Our public workshops run throughout the school term and we plan to work in most regions 3-4 times each year. Currently we hold public workshops in Northland, Auckland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Hawkes Bay, Taranaki, Manawatu, Wellington, Marlborough, Christchurch, Otago and Southland – phew! We also work with local councils, funders, and Volunteer Centres to bring open sessions to other regions (including Australia) from time to time.

Getting Your Board Onboard Workshop – subsidised governance training thanks to BayTrust

Getting Your Board Onboard is a one-day workshop that gives your board or committee a practical guide to best practice governance without all the fluff and jargon. To get the most from the workshop at least 80% of your board or committee, plus the person responsible for day to day operations must attend so everyone’s on the same page
